Information the current site accepts
The contact form accepts a name, email address, phone number, and message. The shoot-request form also accepts property location, requested services, preferred timing, and project notes.
How submissions are used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to the inquiry or shoot request, confirm project details, and coordinate next steps. The form is not an appointment, order, or payment record.
Form delivery
When production delivery is configured, the site sends form content to MediaSpokane through its email-delivery provider. If that provider does not accept the submission, the site reports an error instead of claiming success.
Payments and Aryeo
The current website does not collect card details and does not send request-form data to Aryeo. Before Aryeo-backed ordering is enabled, this notice must be updated to describe the active handoff and Aryeo's role.
Cookies and tracking
The current application does not include advertising trackers or application analytics. Essential platform and security behavior may be provided by the site host.
Sensitive information
Do not submit card numbers, lockbox or alarm codes, government identifiers, or other sensitive credentials through the website forms.
Questions or requests
For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form and identify the message as a privacy request. Retention and deletion terms will be published after the owner approves the operating policy.
